About Laura Warren

Laura is a local news anchor turned REALTOR®, licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina. She covered the Augusta-Aiken area for 13 years as an evening anchor for News 12. When her kids started school, she decided to trade in the midnight shift for more flexibility for tee ball games, converting her passion for real estate into a career. As an Emmy nominated investigative reporter, she has a knack for research. She also has a breadth of knowledge about the area that’s tough to match. Laura knows how to find answers to tough questions, meet a deadline, and communicate to keep you informed on every step of the process. Laura is a results driven perfectionist and she built a career around trust, truth, and accuracy - all skills you want in your real estate agent. Laura is a University of Georgia graduate who lives in North Augusta with her husband and their two kids. She’s an active member of True North Church. She’s on the board for the Family Y, and is the founder of the Augusta Duck Dash, an annual charity that raises money to make sure local kids have beds.
